How do you add a glossary term and replace the new definition with a different one in a module

In DNG (RM) I have a list of glossary terms and definitions. Throughout module the words "the Supplier" appear.

How do we add a glossary definition/term to replace all the "the Supplier" with "Company X".

Can this be done?

We are on version 6.0.6.
