How to discard the latest Change Set in the DNG Stream

I am using DNG & GC 702; Configuration Enabled.
Change Set is delivered to the Stream & that is the latest Change Set in the Stream.
How to discard the latest Change Set in the Stream.

You can only discard active changeset but not delivered changesets.
