Why does cloning of artifacts fail?
We are testing configuration management for RM module.
We have created 2 projects with configuration management activated.
The current test is to clone artifacts from one component to another.
The components have the same properties (were imported to the destination component).
After creating a change set, cloning is "enabled" in the context menu.
When starting the cloning it stops with the error:
No artifacts were cloned.
Unexpected exception while executing task.
What could be the reason for that?

There really is not much to go on here. This is best handled via a support case, and you will be asked to provide the full error details, not just that partial message, as well as the rm.log (with time of when you encountered this error).
