How to share DNG artifacts across multiple project areas.

Jim Tompkins (19317) | asked Oct 21 '16, 1:36 p.m.

How can I share a common set of requirements between multiple project areas.  I know how to copy them, but I need a single requirement in a parent project area that is shared into one or more child project areas.

we are using CLM 6.0.2 with GC disabled (may be enabled in the future)

 Hello Jim,

As you do not want to duplicate the requirements from the "common" project area in other projects, I only see two alternatives:
1) You can "reuse" the artifacts from the common project area, by embedding them on requirements in the "consumer" projects or
2) You can create links between the requirements in the "common" project area and requirements in other project areas.
