I want to know whether any SDK's already available publicly to know local configurations(Components, streams, baselines, snapshots) are available from DNG, RDM, RTC and RQM to add as contribution to Global Configuration Stream. This is in terms of working with Global Configurations.

Please also let me know if there is a public API available for Global Configuration to use.
