RPE Reports not running from DNG RRDG
Hello,
We have a situation in one CLM 6.0.5 installation where reports in DNG do not start the generation process. When going through the wizard steps, at the last step, on Finish, it says "The process has started", but afterwards nothing happens.
By checking the dng reporting logs, looks like the report generation is not starting at all. There are no errors either, the log file just displays the entries related to report selection.
As a note, both DNG default reports and custom RPE templates uploaded in DNG give the same result.
