Clearcase Importer constraints

The ClearCase Importer (and the ClearCase Synchronizer, upon which the
Importer is based) work with CC Version 7.0 and later ... (i.e. v7 is
supported).

But ClearCase 2003 is V6 version of ClearCase, and the CC Importer does
not work with CC V6. (Note: Support for CC 2003 was discontinued in
September 2008).

I am pretty sure you will need to use CC v7.1. v7 and earlier are not
supported.
