Changed Rank Information?

Is there any way to get information about changed rank, e.g. in the product backlog?

There appears to be no explicit and accessible representation of the ranking number, nor does this kind of information show up in the feed (that you may subscribe to) for the plan.

For traceability reasons we would really like to have access to this kind of information. As it is now, one of the most important planning aspects can be changed without a trace.
