repotools-jts -setup doesnt register applications from different sever

I have recorded my response file when using all applications on one server. Now I am changing my architecture and there will be different server (enterprise topology). I have changed the following property: 

register.applications.page\:ccm.discovery.url

to refer to a new URI. But I do not see the step of registering this application in the log file. Also this application is not logged.
What should I do?

The response file is a little different when you use distributed topology. Record your response file again for a distributed topology.
