CLM 6.0.2

I am trying to take advantage of SQLs "Always On" feature for database redundancy and therefore using the alias 'listener" in my database connection stings for JTS, RTC, RQM, DM, etc.  Initial links worked and  I am able to communicate with the database.  But then I get random drop outs.  I have verified we did not "fail over " to the backup database and the primary is still up and running.  But someone can be working away in Design Manager and then all of the sudden Jazz just drops out.  The spinning wheel keeps spinning and they eventually get a time out message.  This has never occurred prior to switching over to SQL alias "listener".  Has anyone ever seen this problem?  If so, is this a known problem with a resolution?
