When trying to navigate to Manage Project Properties->Project Execution Variables- and click to 'Add Execution Variable' I see the following error:

Error saving section:

You don't have permission to perform the following actions:
Create (create)

This is caused when the user does not have the 'Save Project Execution Variables' permissions assigned to their role.

Ensure that the role that the user is assigned, has the 'Save Project Execution Variables' permission associated to it.
