Hi Stefan,
QM process template define a lot of things to be set during a project area initialization, but you really cannot configure the structure of anything but for:
-roles
-permissions
-categories
Other stuff like templates, execution properties, quality objectives, lab management; which are also set under the follow-up actions in the process template, are hard-coded and the process is only a trigger for QM project participants.
