Install Jazz CLM patches if tech.support isn't prolonged
Hello,
One my customer purchased Jazz CLM v4.0.7 with Rational Quality Manager and Rational Requirements Composer with a lot of licences. But the customer didn't prolonged the tech support for next year. So I have a question now, can customer rights to install "CLM 4.0.7 iFix015" that was released may be after the tech support was ended. Please, take into account that we are talking about IFix, but not about next version v5.x!

hi Yes, please go ahead and install the Ifix. Note:- Tech support for 4.x version has been withdrawn from support. A Service Extension agreement is required to receive technical support. Regards, Satish Dmitry A. Lesin selected this answer as the correct answer
