How to see if a user has or hasn't logged into RTC in 90 days?

Hi All,

I am looking to remove users that haven't logged into JTS/RTC in more than 90 days. Is there a place that this data is logged or can be referenced?

Unless the login user has done something which will check out the license(then license related logging will record the info), the tool itself does not have the option to log the "login" only activities. The similar post in:
