I was reviewing this area for LDAP setup with our RQM and RTC databases. There is a part of the instructions:

11 This time, instead of selecting "Tomcat User Database" in the type of user registry you will use, select " LDAP "
12 Configure Jazz Team Server for LDAP
13 Shutdown the server
14 Configure Web Container for LDAP

Then, the next major section is (step 14) "Configure Web Container for LDAP (in Tomcat). At the end of the section are the steps for step 12. Are these out of place? Or it does not matter?
