Work Item history changes - retrieving data to BIRT report

Hi,

When I create some work item, I can create report from LIVE_WORKITEM_CNT and show that work item.
My Question is: When I would be able to retrieve similar data from table Work_Item_Chngs?
Must I submit UPDATE OF WORK ITEM SNAPSHOT to show it in this table or?

You can either do it manually as you suggest, or wait overnight - our
snapshots populate the warehouse starting at midnight each night by default.
