we want to be able to ecxport a single workitem dscriprion (and possibly comments) in order to print or paste into a document\e-mail etcetera.
I see an export into csv or html on a query. Is there any other way ?

Hi

If you have RTC Std - you can use BIRT to create a report and extract the data into a variety of formats.

 Hi Anthony, I am looking for BIRT report with Description and Comments attributes, as exporting work items using query will not be in a proper format. Could you share the BIRT report with these two fields as I am not an expert in BIRT?
