Browse Test Scripts view Fails with error 500 for a specific Test Script ID

Test Scripts were imported into RQM using the Excel importer utility.  One test script loaded successfully, but when trying to load the test scripts view after a certain number the view returns and Error 500 Internal Server Error.

We can load the test scripts up to the number in question and after the number in question individually, but if you scroll the view and move from page to page the view fails with the above error at that point.

We've tried a re-index to no avail ... logs don't show much other than an error occurred (which is really helpful) .. any ideas ?

Version 6.0.2 of CLM installed.

Hi, Karen

From your description of test script view's 500 internal server error after exporting from RQMExcelImporter,
it seems to pointing to the below defect:

https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=158209

This is related to RQMExcelImporter defect and fixed in v6.0.4.
So the theory is when you export test suite/testcase and testscript to RQM  project area,
you may select Config URI there which is for Configuration Management Enabled(CMed)
project area. Are you using CMed project area or not?
in v6.0.2, the user is able to see all Config URI there even though they are not relevant to the project
area you want to export the artifacts to. If you only have non-CMed project area, then
you will see some initial stream of project area. If someone happens to select the wrong
initial stream(you don't need to), then export, you may not see the test scripts/testcases got imported to the project
area properly. Then the user may try to import it again to the proper initial stream
or no Config URI selected, this time, you will see the error in the test script view as you got.

If you use RQMExcelImporter 6.0.4, you won't see those irrelevant streams in Config URI field but for already
exported test script which is causing 500 server error, you may need to contact support and see if there is any way to remove some specific test script from the database.

I don't think this is the issue, we are using 6.0.2 with no CM configured.  Test Case / Script in question loaded successfully into the application based on the log file information from RQMExcelWordImporter - as it was re-loaded again and displays correctly.
We'll open a PMR to see how to fix this error, as it has rendered QM somewhat useless if we can no longer page thru test cases / scripts.
Thanks for your input.
