Test Suite refreshes and always goes back to Test Suite ‘Summary’ section, is this a bug or design feature?

When I am in the Test Case section of a test suite adding a test case to the test suite, after saving it the page refreshes and goes back to the ‘Summary’ section. It should stay on ‘Test Cases’ section. I am wondering this is a bug or design feature.

I am using RQM v4.0.2.

This is indeed how it seems to work.
I would say it's a bug, because for example adding Test Scripts to Test Cases does not exhibit this behavior (the Test Case stays in the Test Scripts section and does not revert to Summary).
