Condition based visibility of a tab in work item

Could you please let me know if on clicking a checkbox attribute in an RTC workitem, can we enable the visibility of a tab and all the sections and attributes present in that tab.

Unless the checkbox is not enabled, the tab shouldn't be present.

How to achieve this?

The answer is simply no, you cannot do that. Similar questions have been asked on the forum many times.

Swathi,

the article https://jazz.net//library/article/130 shows an overview of what can be hidden under which conditions.
I am afraid that out of the box the kind of dynamic show / hide behavior you have described is not built in.

Can you describe the use case, i.e. what is to be achieved by toggling the visibility? Maybe there is a more native way of achieving it in RTC.

Hello Arne,

I have used the "hideIfEmpty" Tab Property to hide a specific tab for a Work item. My use case is to enable the visibility of this tab (using java scripts / dojo scripts / any other method) when an checkbox attribute is clicked in the overview (default) tab of the work item.

Thank you for your help
