Hello Team,

I have a requirement to hide a section in RTC based on the status of the workitem, I know we can hide attributes, but is it possible to hide section?

Hi,

Just a suggestion and how I've worked with this type of Rqmt before:

1. Remove the Header = no Header from the Section - section properties:  noHeader & true.

2. Use the Hide attributes in states

That's how I've made it work.

Good Morning,

In Eclipse > Open the Process Configuration > Work Items and Editor  Presentation.

Select the WI Presentation you want to Edit you want to apply the changes to (the example I've used is to Hide the Section Heading for Description on the Default Editor)

Edit the Section:

Edit:

The Result - No Header for the Description Section.  Then you can setup the attribute conditions to Hide in Various states

there is no support provided for hiding a section of one of the layouts.

Is there any alternative available for this, I dont want all the attributes (in a section) to be visible till certain state

only hide attributes in states.  but the section will still show
