Hello Team, I have a requirement to hide a section in RTC based on the status of the workitem, I know we can hide attributes, but is it possible to hide section? |
Accepted answer
Hi, Just a suggestion and how I've worked with this type of Rqmt before: 1. Remove the Header = no Header from the Section - section properties: noHeader & true. 2. Use the Hide attributes in states That's how I've made it work. Pankaj Sharma selected this answer as the correct answer

Hello Matt,
Good Morning, In Eclipse > Open the Process Configuration > Work Items and Editor Presentation. Select the WI Presentation you want to Edit you want to apply the changes to (the example I've used is to Hide the Section Heading for Description on the Default Editor) Edit the Section:
Edit:
The Result - No Header for the Description Section. Then you can setup the attribute conditions to Hide in Various states
I hope that helps...
