RTC -User Profile- Mail configuration getting auto disabled

Scenario:

I found that the RTC User Profile- Mail configuration was disabled, so i re-enabled it manually on Date 1. Again it went auto disabled when i checked on Date 2 ( Date 2 > Date 1).

Since this is happening at repository level, don't think its caused by any scripts or permissions at Project level.

We have verified the LDAP configuration parameters and properties, also the LDAP nightly sync feed but doesn't help.

How to track or debug such a scenario?

Could you please check the below details.

1) Check with the different browsers ?

2) Check the java version used and any security jre installed?

3) Compare the Security settings with the working and non working browser ?

4) Whats the frequency of disabling the option in web?

5) Try checking the same from the RTC eclipse client rather than opening in web. Do you see the same behaviour ?
