Is there any way to change attributes order in history?

In history tab attributes are showing 

like below
Summary: This is summary
Type : Change Request
Project Area : CCM
.
.
Id :75678

but we want id at the top as shown below
Id :75678
Summary: This is summary
Type : Change Request
Project Area : CCM
.
.
Is there any way to change attributes order in history?
