Duplicate RTC process pre-conditions ?

 Hi, someone knows if there are any differences between the pre-conditions called,
"Required Attributes" and "Required Attributes For Type and State"

they changed the name to be more descriptive.  same  function

 Then the old "Required Attributes" should be removed....

its there for folks who are upgrading. you don't want to FORCE every little change to get the system up and running.
