Does RTC 6.0.3 supports Eclipse Neon 3 (4.6.3)?

The table in the "Eclipse Runtime Environment" of the "Prerequisites" page in your report lists Eclipse 4.6 and states that the minimum requirement is 4.6.1. Further if you follow the "View" link from the 4.6 row to show the detailed view it explicitly reports that 4.6.3 is a supported version:
