CLM external URL Not working

We have a need to install a V3 sandpit to check and verify the upgrading of an existing CLM instance through V4.x, v5.x to v6 for a projects that is still using v3.0.1.3.

We have run through the setup successfully using tomcat and ldap but when we try and access the project we cannot reach the server. Any suggestions what to check?

Based on your screen shot, apparently you have access to JTS. What do you mean you "cannot reach the server"?. If you have configured a distributed environment, make sure that the host names can be resolved on both the servers and the clients. An easy way to check is to use a browser on the JTS server to access CCM, QM and RM - it should work, otherwise I don't understand how you could finish the setup.
