is it possible to import licenses from the command line

I think this has been asked before and I seem to remember the answer then was "no".

Is this now possible for 6.0.x?
I am trying to set up lights off automatic deployment and this is the only step I haven't found how to do via command line.

All the following can be done via CLI or programmatically.
Unzip file,
Configure Liberty profile or WAS
Assign licenses to users
Create RTC/DNG/QM projects, teams etc

BUT NOT loading licenses and configuring number of floating licenses.
