How to send the report output from RLKS Tool to a shared location?

 We use RLKS ( Rational License Key Server) Administration tool. Though we get the required reports generated, I want to implement an automated way to extract the report to a shared location. Can anyone help here?

There is no direct way of extracting the report to a shared location. However these are saved on the server in the following location.

C:\Program Files\IBM\RCL\RLKSAdmin\servers\rcladmin\Reports\Data\<username>

Administrator should be able to provide the required files.

Also email notification with scheduling feature emails the generated scheduled report as an attachment to the specified user.

 It stopped working as the report doesn't come to the shared location. Any clue how to check this?
