What has to be done when the name and email has been changed in active directory?
CLM 601/Windows/WAS - ldap authenticated
Recently all the contactors name and email has been changed in our AD. The nightly sync is set to true, but shows no records and no failure either. I tried executing the sync manually, the same results. Am I doing anything wrong? Do I have to remap the security roles? Any help is really appreciated.

It is possible for JazzAdmin to configure the JTS temporarily so that user ID can be modified.

I've done this several times. My suggestion is to open your JTS admin page in one browser tab or window and then another RTC admin page in a 2nd. Make and save changes to JTS in the jts tab, then open users to edit in the RTC admin. When done with that, go back to the jts and reset the 2 properties and save.
