CLM 6.0.2 - Error message in jazz login screen for user account locked out

Hello All,

We are using CLM 6.0.2 and ISDS (IBM Tivoli directory server V6.4) as standalone ldap registry for user authentication.

Now there is a password policy set in ISDS that the user account gets locked out after 3 unsuccessful login attempts.

This works as expected however the error message in the jazz login screen still shows as 'Invalid user ID or password'

Is it possible to have a meaningful error message shown to the userĀ ? may be ' The account is locked out'

I don't think this is possible in CLM. The reason has been explained in the work item below:
