If you have deployed the converter application in WAS, and you receive the CRRRW8010E error even though the converter diagnostic page displays a successful test, some additional configuration steps may be required.
Solution:
- Verify that the converter is running by opening https://server_name:converter_profile_port/converter/htmlgen

in a browser. Ensure that it displays a successful diagnostic test.

Clear the WAS cache.

Clean the following WAS directories under the relevant WAS profile:

Logs
-
wstemp
-
temp
- Restart the server
