CLM 6.0.x DOORS Timeout and error CRRRW8010E

 Hello everyone,

CLM 6.0.1

I am experiencing DOORS timeout issues related with error: CRRRW8010E 
 
I followed the following process to resolve:

If you have deployed the converter application in WAS, and you receive the CRRRW8010E error even though the converter diagnostic page displays a successful test, some additional configuration steps may be required.

Solution:

    • Logs
    • wstemp
    • temp
  • Restart the server

Any information you can provide would be very helpful in resolving this issue. If at all possible, can we also shed some light on MultiValueFetchTransformer  and the related error CRRRS7826I .
