[closed] Rational Requirements Manager - odd server request error

My specific error is

    An error has occurred while processing a server request. The server returned this error code: 500

    ID CRRRW7553E A message that was received from the server indicates an error with no specific handler.

This error arose when I tried to delete a requirement in the Artifacts page. I then tried to alter attributes for another requirement and I get the same error. I can still get around in Rational, other projects, Manage Project Properties, etc.
