Is there a way to have a project with multiple language regions in the project?

I have set a language for a project of mine but I have users in different countries and continents working on one project.

I see that the language options make the entire project area that language for all users.

Is there way to have mulitple language regions to use the same project in their own language dynamically?

It seems like RTC being a world wide development tool a language barrier could create silos.

RTC Web GUI changes dynamically according to the "Accept-Language" HTTP Request header, given that you have already installed the language packs.

For constants, enumerations, and etc, as part of the predefined data set, there is no way to change them dynamically. Once it's set, it's set.
