Hi All,

We are planning to upgrade clm to 6.06. As a pre-requisite we will be taking backup of DB and Jazz configuation files before starting the upgrade.
We just wanted to know  what would be the process to rollback the upgrade if we face any issues. We know one method would be using the DB backups and config files to restore however we wanted to know is there any other way to rollback failed upgradtion.

Thank you,
Kunal

Hi Kunal,

From the application perspective, please find the link below backup and restore.

Example: If its VM specific or database specific, please consult vendor ( like server snapshot).

Regards,
Arun.
