Categories icon

I have admin privileges but unable to see the Categories icon at the Test Plan and Test case levels in RQM, any help is appreciated.

To better understand the issue, I suggest you look into the network trace and see if you get any 40X HTTP code for any of the requests. You can use Firebug for Firefox, or Chrome's built-in developer tool.

Hi, are you member of the project area also? Otherwise you won't be able to edit any artifact nor manage the categories. In that case the categories icon is disabled. But as you mentioned you don't see the icon at all, right?

Could you add a screenshot?

Hello, thanks for the response. Yes I am a member and also have administrator role at the Project Area level. I am not able to see the categories icon at all in test plan, test case and test script levels.

Any help is appreciated.
