Hi

We are facing an issue wrt Excel importer utility for RQM.
We are trying to import test case and associated requirements. While importing after we key in project details for QM project, a new window for RM project opens up.

In this new window no requirements project are getting populated in the drop down list. We have mapped/associated requirements projects with the quality management project but it is not getting populated in the importer utility.

RQM 3.0.1
Windows 7
Excel Utility - RQMExcelWordImporter-4.0RC5



Any inputs appreciated.

 Hi Rajesh,
the reason for this problem is most likely to be the mismatch of the public URI with the one that used in the RQM "Export to Repository" section.

i.e.
the public uri is
https://localhost/qm

if using https://localhost:443/qm or https://127.0.0.1/qm, you may met the problem.

so you need to check whether the url that you specified on the RQM server form of Excel importer match the one of public URI that on the RQM admin page

another thing need to mention is that when you use the RQM server v3, the latest version of Excel Importer of V3 is suggested, V4 version of Excel Importer is not recommended for V3 server although it might work.
