Hi, have anyone successfully connected the Rational Quality Manager Mobile Application to a sandbox @ Jazz.net?

Hi Anders,

I always connect to jazz.net/sandbox project area and it gets connected to the RQM server everytime (unless the jazz.net server is down).

Please provide the server url as - https://jazz.net/sandbox02-qm
(do not include any forward slash at the end).

If it still fails for you, then please let me know, the version of the app and its platform (android, iOS etc). What is the server url, you are providing ? Also check, if you can login to the RQM server using desktop web browser.
