CLM help 6.0.2 gives a 404.

CLM help 6.0.2 is installed and is also working when accessing it under "Help Contents" in any CLM application.

But hovering over any question mark in any CLM application and click on a help links it cannot redirect nor forward to the actually help page in CLM help, it gives a 404.

No proxy server configured.

Example : CCM application ccm\admin >> Advance Property >> find the "Web Help URI"

Verify the URL and  update the correct URL.
Jazz:
http://localhost:9443/clmhelp/index.jsp
Do the same steps for all other application.

Different url set for applications and it fixed after providing the valid URI
