Getting an error during 'Table Creation" button at Configure Database step with DB2 (custom Setup)

Hi All,
I'm facing one issue at "Database Configure" Step at JTS which is given below:
and  using following products versions:
DB2 10.1
Rational CLM 4.0.4
WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5
OS: Linux RHL 6.4 Server

Perhaps a permission problem as discussed in this thread?

Hi Naveesh,
It seems for me that there is missing tablespace name in the configuration. Could you provide the screen shot of your setup page?
