Getting access denied to download p2Repo 5.0.2

Hi,

I'm trying to download p2Repo
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/5.0.2/RTC-Client-p2Repo-5.0.2.zip

and always return access denied. I'm logged and I don't know what this error means. I tried to clean the cache but didn't work.

Not sure what happened to you. It works for me at the time of posting.
