cURL returned error code 1 in RTCz ISPF client interface

 Hello everyone,

We are installing RTCz(4.0.1) - ISPF Client interface for the first time. Have configured ISPF demon task and is up and running. When tried to connect with repository using ISPF client interface receiving "cURL returned error code 1" after providing the password. Unfortunately no error log was written. 

Would be great if some one can help to identify what is causing the issue.
