Hi Aparna,

I worked on the same issue before. The following steps I provided would help.

Steps:
1. Download the attachment hide-project-details-theme.zip in the comment 16 of the Defect 197081.
2. Open the CCM application admin theming page like https://hostname:9443/ccm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureTheming
3. Type any like "hide-project-details" as the label.
4. Upload the zip file.
5. Click 'Active' action for the new theme "hide-project-details".
6. Restart the Jazz Team Server.

Hi Aparna,

We have removed the "Project details" in the latest 5.x releases.

For the 4.x versions, you may want to take a look at the following work item. In comment 15 there is a suggested workaround.
