Any better/quicker way to take out a old version file in the past baseline?

Currently what a user is doing:
  1. Create a new workspace.
  2. Load repository files from past baseline.
  3. Take out a desired old version file.

In the Eclipse client, you can:
- right click on the baseline, and select "show -> repository files"
- browse down to the file you want, and select "open file" (if you just want to load its contents into an Eclipse Editor) or "load" (if you want to load the file into the local file system)
