RTC - Is possible to export work items with restricted access links to CSV File?

I am member of Project Area that have links between workitems in another project area that I not have acess. I Created a query with columns of reference links children. The query show me the workitems and the columns with number of workitems children, but at export to csv file, these links children numbers not appearing.

and the RTC developer thinks this is working as designed.
