Then menu options we had previously in Windows 7 are no longer visible in Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind.... after looking for 2 days, I finally found it. In the ribbon, View tab, Options. Click that then select Team Concert Pending Changes View. Note that this did not appear immediately because I did look there. I rebooted a couple times since installing.
