We are trying to edit and set the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date for work items in RTC plans but its not allowing to edit. Is there something needs to be configured to make the fields editable, attached is the screenshot.

We are using RTC 5.0.0 verison, any help in this regard is very helpful.

Currently planned start and end dates are calculated and to know how its calculated, you can follow this question :

Regarding ability to manually edit it, you may want to add your Business case to the enhancement here :
Ability to update planned start and end dates manually
