Use permissions so only product owners can edit plan views
Is it possible to modify the permissions so all plan views are set by the product owners and they cannot be changed by anyone else.
I have tried removing the permission "Planning>Save Plan>Modify Plan" but that doesn't work?
Is this possible in the current set up or should I raise an RFE?

This does not seem to be possible with the current permissions -- as you note. There isn't enough granularity to restrict changing plan views (a subset of Modify Plan).
