QM "Finalize Lifecycle Project Administration Setup" "loading..."

We upgraded RTC from v3 to v 5.0.2

RTC was working fine in v5.0.2

Then we install RQM.

-qm.war Installed in WAS

-Setup Roles

-Registered QM in JTS

-Ran /QM/Setup

Get to

Finalize Lifecycle Project Administration Setup

Page loads but the box at top says "Loading..." and never loads

QM.log says nothing.

I cannot complete setup.

Any ideas?

You may check jts.log and admin.log and see if you see any info there.
