Uploading templates in to the Rational DOORS next generation

 How to resolve ID CRRRW7563E error while uploading a project template in to the DOORS next gen? Is it possible to upload .doc template,if possible, how?

Hi Harish,

The error code details are:

"The server request to upload the project template to the server could not be completed. Either a project template with the same name already exists or an invalid file type was uploaded."
A project template has a .archive extension and does not use .doc.  What is the purpose of uploading a .doc file?  It doesn't look like you're working with a project template.

See my answer to your other question here - if you are trying to upload .doc files into the reporting system this is probably the problem - this system is only for uploading RPE templates and their associated Word templates, not new (stand alone) Word templates.
