How to generate Traceability reports from DNG RM using JRS, or RPE?
Dear All,
We have DNG 5.0.2, RM and CCM, with RRDI installed. We also have a RPE 2.0 installed.
I need to produce coverage and traceability reports for the modified Requirements, Design and Testcase attributes I have added to DOORS NG. In short, a VCRM (Verification Cross Reference Matrix).
For the life of me I cannot work out how to get these products working together to produce the report needed. The various online resources cover RPE and DOORS, (not DNG), JRS, which doesn't seem to be installed with our RRDI installation and we just cannot seem to get a working solution.
Our IT Manager is hesitant to install DNG 6, but could someone PLEASE point me to a workflow for getting the VCRM I need to produce?
If that means installing DNG6, then that's preferred (by me), if we can do it with DNG5.0.2 then that 's okay too.
In short;
Do we need to upgrade to DNG6?
Do we need to install JRS separately?
Do we need RPE to make VCRMs or can JRS do it?
How what are the step-by steps to connect of these reports to DNG rm?
